Drawing inspiration from Korean streetwear, I sought to explore the dynamic intersection of Korean and American fashion styles. My goal was to find the silver linings between these two cultures, merging their distinctive aesthetics into a cohesive collection. To achieve this crossover, I blended diverse cultural silhouettes, experimenting with proportions and layering techniques. I utilized various types of leather, along with shades of black and gray, to create visual interest and depth, emphasizing different dimensions within each piece. This collection not only showcases my ability to create striking designs but also highlights my skills in both flat pattern design and draping, allowing for a harmonious balance of structure and fluidity.

I created this mood board to capture an edgy, urban aesthetic inspired by the raw energy of city life and industrial design. Centered around a grayscale palette with accents of olive green, the imagery emphasizes movement, structure, and the dynamic relationship between functionality and style. Oversized silhouettes, cargo details, and bold graphics reflect the influence of contemporary streetwear, while architectural elements like staircases and crosswalks reinforce the collection's connection to urban environments. By incorporating gritty textures, layered designs, and subtle nods to East Asian streetwear culture, I crafted a modern, globally inspired concept.
