This collection draws inspiration from Lollapalooza, capturing the essence of carefree fun with your girlfriends. The phrase "bora lá," meaning "let's go" in Portuguese, embodies the spirit of adventure I aimed to infuse into each piece. These garments not only celebrate the women who wear them but also serve as inspiration for festival fashion. With the needs and desires of my clients in mind, each of the four designs prioritizes comfort and ease, ensuring they shine effortlessly between sets, even in the heat and humidity of a Chicago summer.

My mood board for "Bora Lá" fuses the heartbeat of Chicago city life with the vibrant energy of Brazil, using a bold, joyful color palette that celebrates both cultures. Inspired by iconic Chicago architecture and infused with the liveliness of Brazilian hues, the collection embodies a unique, cosmopolitan spirit while embracing the warmth and joy of Brazil.
The silhouettes featured on the board—flowing skirts, airy tops, and relaxed, textured layers—capture the movement and ease needed for an energetic festival atmosphere like Lollapalooza. Crafted for a balance of beauty, mobility, and comfort, these pieces allow wearers to move freely while making a striking statement. Each fabric choice adds a layer of contrast and harmony: lace and tulle bring lightness, denim grounds the collection in the city's rugged style, and knit fabrics offer flexibility. Hints of sequin mesh introduce a playful sparkle, nodding to Brazil’s festive spirit, creating a look that’s bold, expressive, and wearable.

The title "Bora Lá," meaning "Let's Go" in Portuguese, perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the shoot — a celebration of both the urgency and excitement that comes with getting ready for an adventure.
The candid shots emphasize the spontaneous interplay of elegance and energy, showcasing the collection in real, unpolished moments.
